I just want to give a shout out to Kimberly Diamond. If you are needing to know how to get started with a vegan/alkaline lifestyle, Kim knows her stuff! My youngest son came to us a few weeks ago and said he was going vegan COLD TURKEY! I always love my KIMestry Wellness Water. When I heard she was making KIMestry Wellness Tea....I was like . It definitely has a kick to it.
