Recommended dose no more than one 8 ounce cup a day not to exceed 2 cups. These tea leaves have no shelf life when stored. When drinking herbal teas eat clean for better results. Instructions on how to make infused tea: Boil a pot of hot water. Once the water comes to a boil you can put the tea leaves in a mesh tea ball infuser(or any infuser of your choice). Drop the mesh ball infuser into the pot of hot water( turn the pot off). Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea leaves in the hot water. Let the leaves steep in the hot water for 3 to 5 minutes. Add a natural sweetener but do not add sugar. Most diseases and viruses feed off of sugar.
