It is up to you do your own research. Kidney Cleanser Tea is a 16 ounce jar of hand picked herbal tea leaves. This tea is loaded with fresh herbs. These tea herbs are "said" to offer amazing benefits to your body. You will be able to make infused tea at home. You will receive a free mesh tea ball infuser with your order. Do not consume this tea blend if you are pregnant. Keep the tea leaves in the mason jar it will arrive in. Keep the mason jar sealed tight. Keep the leaves away from heat, water, light, and air. Store the leaves in a cool, dark place preferably a pantry, or in a cabinet. Do not store the leaves in a refrigerator, or a freezer. These tea leaves have no shelf life when stored properly. Recommended dose no more than one 8 oz cup a day not to exceed 2 cups. Caffeine free. When drinking herbal teas eat clean for better results.

Instructions on how to make infused tea: Boil a pot of hot water. Once the water comes to a boil you can put the tea leaves in a mesh tea ball infuser(or any infuser of your choice). Drop the mesh ball infuser into the pot of hot water( turn the pot off). Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea leaves in the hot water. Let the leaves steep in the hot water for 3 to 5 minutes. Add a natural sweetener but do not add sugar. Most diseases and  viruses feed off of sugar. The consistency of this jar of tea leaves were made with perfection.
