The Fat Buster Tea is a 16 ounce jar loaded it with powerful herbs designed to detox all of the toxins out of your body, and to possibly help you lose weight. These tea leaves are "said" to offer amazing benefits to your body. You will be able to make infused tea at home. Do not consume this tea blend if you are pregnant. Keep the tea leaves in the mason jar it will arrive in. Keep the mason jar sealed tight. Keep the leaves away from heat, water, light, and air. Store the leaves in a cool, dark place preferably a pantry, or in a cabinet. Do not store the leaves in a refrigerator, or a freezer. Recommend dose no more than one 8 ounce cup a day not to exceed 2 cups. These tea leaves have no shelf life when stored. When drinking herbal teas for weight loss eat clean for better results.  Do not consume this tea if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

 Instructions on how to make infused tea: Boil a pot of hot water. Once the water comes to a boil you can put the tea leaves in a mesh tea ball infuser(or any infuser of your choice). Drop the mesh ball infuser into the pot of hot water( turn the pot off). Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea leaves in the hot water. Let the leaves steep in the hot water for 3 to 5 minutes. Add a natural sweetener but do not add sugar. Most diseases and  viruses feed off of sugar.

Possible Fat Buster Instructions:

For possible Fat Buster Tea results it is recommended that you eat extremely clean for 10 days straight to see possible weight loss results. Eating clean means no meat, dairy, bread, caffeine, sugary drinks, or carbonated drinks. You will eat like a vegan, or vegetarian. It is highly recommended that you eat lots of green leafy vegetables, salads, or steamed vegetables. Also consume fruit with low sugar. Please consume spring water while on your 10 day quest of losing weight. Only drink spring water, and the Weight Loss Tea. Remember you are what you eat. This should become a llifestyle and not a 10 day challenge. Please incorporate at least 30 minutes of exercise 3 to 4 times a days a week for more extreme weight loss results.
